A $78 trillion richer world can be made by P2P transport through autonomous ships and aircraft

Image
We all can disrupt the commuting industry by 3D printing our own DIY electric autonomous helicopters with renewable resources and use ride sharing apps to hail them. For This could make global physical borders ineffective which would in turn make the world $78 trillion richer according to an analyst from the Economist. It seems Uber is implementing some of my ideas through its Uber elevate project but Uber's project seems far too complex and targeted towards a wealthy and hence niche market. My idea of a global commuter solution with DIY copters Uber Elevate Imagine the disruption of the car industry by ride hailing an autonomous electric Hélicoptèr which gets charged when not in use by landing on under utilized solar roofs. Imagine solar roads transferring all roads in areas of high solar energy potential thanks to electric DIY Hélicoptèrs which reduced the need for car ownership leaving the roads under utilized for convertion into electric roads.  ...

China 3D prints 10 houses and BSB proposes new skyscrapers

The WinSun Decoration Design Engineering Co. (link in Chinese) has printed 10 homes in 24 hours out of recycled materials. This isn't the first attempt at 3-D printing large structures in a short amount of time. Researchers in California are making a printer that can build a house in 24 hours. In Amsterdam earlier this month, construction of a 3D-printed house began . The house is made out of plastic bricks that fit together like Lego. It's also being printed onsite. The Chinese houses, on the other hand, weren't built onsite. They were printed in pieces and then put together in Shanghai's Qingpu district. 3ders The pieces are made using recycled construction materials and industrial waste to form a concrete aggregate, Gizmodo reports . The 3-D printer used to build the houses is 500 feet long, 33 feet wide and 20 feet high. Each home costs around $4,800 to build. "We purchased parts for the printer overseas, and assembled the machine in a factory in Suzhou,...
