Are EPZ enough to attract FDI?

 Why has a smart company like Toyota has chosen to build an assembly plant in Myanmar? Toyota has invested in Myanmar most likely because the infrastructure is robust, future economic growth potential is great and the possibility to export to the left hand drive market of Western China.  Countries like KSA has yet to succeed in enticing companies like Hyundai to develop a plant/ factory as the Tweet proves from Minister of Economy and Planning: " #SaudiArabia  in advance talk with  #SouthKorea 's automobile manufacturing companies, including  #Hyundai , to bring the industry to  #Jubail ."
