DISRUPT Curti Aerospace The DISRUPT acronym is derived from the English name of the project: "Development of an Innovative and Safe ultralight two-seateR tUrbine helicoPTer”. The project is based on cooperation of three companies, CURTI as the head of development, manufacture and testing of the helicopter, PBS as a collaborator with responsibility for preparation of the drive unit (turbine engine on the basis of TS100 with added alternator) and the German company JUNKERS Profly responsible for the safety and rescue system (emergency parachute). The project was commenced in early 2016 with the total budget of € 4.18 million for the 24 months of its duration.
