World's tallest building by Broad Sustainable Building

The heat to reach the pinnacle of height in the world of super tall skyscrapers has been turning high in the twenty first century. Recently the PRC based Broad Group's announcement to build the tallest structure on Earth- The Sky One. At 838 meters this tower with projected 200 floors has made the competition super heated and pretty fierce, specially due to the fact that the group claims to be able to finish it in a record time of just 7months (Yes you read it right- seven months) for the entire project.

This won't be the group's first record building project since they have garnered several records and awards for their ability to instantly build tall buildings such as the building with 30 floors below which was built in Dongting Lake.




They also built the Ark hotel.





They have also developed Pavillion for Shanghai expo as well as in Mexico


Perhaps its not surprising to know that the aim of Broad group is to become the largest conglomerate in its sector given its portfolio of high profile and highly acclaimed both products and properties as the documentary below will demonstrate. Broad Sustainable Buildings (BSB) is part of the Broad Group head quartered in Changsha, China. The headquarters and manufacturing facilities are both located in a large area known as the Broad Town.

Possibly develop the interior walls in collaboration with innovida group of Brazil.



Broad Group can become even more sustainable if they collaborate with Sanyo and make outer walls of their buildings fully covered with solar panels


There are Chinese companies who are world leaders in Solar energy technology and BSB should also cooperate with them and build communities such as the one below in Dezhou- The Solar Valley



They might as well develop properties in similar manner of developing Grand Prix Formula 1 racing cars using the wind tunnels and the latest innovations and developments in 3D printing and stereolithography.




Soon enough they will be able to develop Mega Cities with their instant building technology utilizing the latest innovations.
