Renovating Saddams former large palaces or leasing it to Halal hotel groups for 111 years in order to increase employment and reduce tention. It will help Iraq become a popular destination among its neighbors.
The palace area in Tikrit could be turned into Halal hospitality project that has a size similar to Orascom groups' ElGouna resort. Guests can use the existing 11 helipads for convenience and privacy.
