The foundation for the next tallest building in the world is laid in Changsha, Hunan Province of China. Maan al- Sanea is a non Royal Saudi billionaire with a networth of US $7.5 Billion. He made his fortune out of his Saad- group . He made fortune through securing contracting deals for construction of residential and industrial facilities in and around oil-rich Saudi Arabia's Al-Khobar region in the Eastern province.
