The project, located in the heart of Europe largest technology hub, Sophia-Antipolis, will include 34 307 m² of offices and a 100 rooms hotel. Its main characteristic however will be the 25 000 m² of green spaces forming a hill covering the building. The building permit has been granted and work is expected to start next September.

De Mayol à Pipady

The first two lots of the large urban redevelopment "De Mayol à Pipady" have been unveiled last week. Work is expected to start only in 2024 however.

The first lot, called "Les Promenades de la Rade", will include a 2 ha new park on the waterfront, a cultural space in the rehabilitated Halle Marine, a 4 stars hotel, a congress center as well as shops and offices.
